Education is one of the most important elements in any culture in the world. It involves norms, values, laws, customs, rituals, ceremonies, social bonds, etc. so as to teach the every individual of the society in a most elegant and graceful manner. As a matter of fact, education is of two types: The Formal Education, and The Informal Education. Today education has become of the essence for all us immensely. The fact of the matter is that a lot of social and cultural evils have been nowadays prevailing due to the lack of education in our society such as ignorance, terrorism, poverty, male dominancy, extremism, violence against women, child labour, ethnicity, and so on.

That is why it is the education which unites every individual of the society in a well organized manner. From redundancy to poverty, from extremism to terrorism, and from gender discrimination to women exploitation, education removes every other evil from the society immediately. That is why a lot of nonpolitical and non-profitable voluntary organizations are launching some of the powerful and long lasting educational development projects with the aid of donor agencies worldwide proactively. The most important news is that these NGOs are heavily putting into action certificate folders so as to promote their social, economic, humanitarian, and educational development campaigns worldwide effectively.

Basically the non-profit organizations are nowadays making use of printed certificate folders in a way to promote their fundraising campaigns worldwide successfully. That is why these NGOs are in need of these corporate identity folders in order to promote their educational development campaigns worldwide proactively. This way, they are putting into action several types of folders for their organizational purposes worldwide such as print certificate folders, file folders, presentation folders, business folders, pocket folders, a4 document folders, and many more. Add to that, they are making use of some other types of marketing products internationally for example door hangers, vinyl and bumper stickers, packaging boxes, posters, banners, and so on.

Today literacy rate is not up to the mark in many regions of the world such as Mozambique, Ethiopia, Iraq, Senegal, Pakistan, Somalia, Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Nepal, Mali, and the list goes on. Therefore we must need to promote education worldwide immensely. This way, several types of nonpolitical and non-profitable voluntary organizations are putting their best efforts so as to prop up education and awareness among the people of the society worldwide. In order to accomplish their educational development projects, they are now bound to collect a lot of funds and charities from different regions of the world. Importantly they have to use folders printing so as to successfully conduct their seminars, conferences, and meetings regarding the educational concerns globally.

Certificate folders are very practical and useful for the students and university researchers in a way to deliver their crucial class presentations and seminars in front of the people successfully. Add to that, they are helpful products especially for research associates, economists, and policy markers at all. Further you can put you essential letters inside their pockets intact for long time. Online folder printing company offers custom certificate folder printing to its client worldwide along with multiple incentives including free unlimited design revisions, free lamination, and free shipment.

It takes a unique type of man or woman to dedicate their career and professional life to social work. Continuing education and maintaining current licenses is just a small part of their position, but is an essential step to keeping their accreditation up-to-date. This article outline a few of the key points about continuing education in the field and why it is so important for the individual to stay abreast of the information and license renewal.

As someone that is employed in the field of social work, these classes are your responsibility. You can look to education boards and even your employer for direction, but the ultimate task of applying for and maintaining current licensure in your field is completely up to you. Individual requirements vary according to jurisdiction and you must take the time to make yourself aware of what these particular requirements may be.

For many men and women keeping up with license renewal for social work, continuing education involves taking certain courses along the way. Keep in mind that not all courses are created equal and you often get what you pay for. Be wary of courses that advertise dramatically reduced fees or do not offer to provide attendance records to licensing boards. Once you complete a course you should receive a signed certificate indicating your successful completion, attendance records for every day that you were present, as well as proof of qualification of instructors, consultants, and other educational personnel. All of these items are important to present to the licensing board when validating or renewing your social workers accreditation. Once again, all of these requirements are the responsibility of the social worker and must be kept track of by the individual that is looking to advance their education and renew their license.

There are a number of other things that help set some courses far above and beyond their competitors. It would be in your best interest to choose continuing education that offers a lot of assistance from other social workers in the program, provides evaluation forms and procedures that are easy to understand and learn from, and offers relevant content with a general outline or syllabus. The course should also state the educational goals and learning objectives, with tangible ways of evaluating progress as the course unfolds. There are a number of online courses also available that are convenient to attend and easy to pay for. These may be viable options for busy professionals with numerous home and career commitments.

It is important to keep all of these factors in mind when considering social work continuing education. Be responsible for keeping yourself aware of the requirements of license renewal and choose a course that exceeds the Association of Social Work Board’s Approved Continuing Education requirements. In this way, you will keep yourself on track in a fulfilling career for years to come.

Sex education is the process of spreading information, knowledge and forming attitudes and beliefs about sex, relationships, sexual identity, family planning, reproduction, sexual orientation, sexually transmitted diseases, birth control measures etc. Sex education has become a necessity for teens these days. They should be informed not only about reproduction and body parts but also they need to have a deeper insight into relationships, safe sex, family planning, birth control methods etc. The information relating to these topics must be passed to them as soon as they reach the age of adolescence. In India, hindi is still the medium of teaching in many schools, so sex education in hindi can be included in their curriculum.

Objectives of sex education:

1.

The primary objective of sex education is to reduce the potentially negative outcomes of sexual behavior like unwanted pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases etc.

2. It also aims at enhancing the quality of relationship among individuals thus contribute towards young people’s positive experience of their sexuality.

Information to be conveyed:

There are various topics in which teen agers should have knowledge about. Some of these topics are:

1. Sexual development and reproduction: Various changes occur is the body of males and females during puberty. They should know why the change is happening? They should be also made aware of the entire reproduction process. Information should be given to them regarding safe sex, sexually transmitted diseases etc.

2. Contraception and birth control: They should be aware of the contraceptives (medicine to avoid pregnancy) available and their right usage. Use of these contraceptives help in birth control and unwanted pregnancy.

3. Relationships: This is quiet complex phenomena to understand but nevertheless teenagers should be aware of their relationships, love and commitment, marriage and partnership. They should be specially made aware of the laws relating to sexual behavior.

Key players in spreading sex education:

1. Teachers: Children gain most of their knowledge from their teachers. Therefore it’s the responsibility of a teacher to make his students aware of all the aspects of life, it implies even when one is talking about sex education. Teacher should give them opportunities to have a discussion among them and at the end he/she should clear all their doubts and misbelieves.

2. Parents: They play a key role when it comes to imparting sex education to children. Parents are the first teachers of a child therefore they should never hesitate in talking about topics related to sex. With parents children can easily have one to one discussions. Sex education at home also tends to take place over a long time, and involve lots of short interactions between parents and children, which help a lot in increasing their awareness and knowledge.

We should now understand that sex education is the need of the hour. if don’t take right initiatives now then at the end of the day we are going to pay for our carelessness because our children have to pay for our attitude. Keeping in mind the education system in India, sex education in hindi should also be encouraged. Sex education is not something that should be connected with vulgarity rather than it should be considered to be a lesson that is necessary to be taught to teenagers.
