Almost contemporary Azkia (6.5 years) we consider the contradictory models of what a suitable education for our children. After reading a lot of literature, the choice is mengerucut on homeschooling. However, as we age children who are ready to enter elementary school, we benturkan back option with a variety of questions and arguments, so the decision we really can be, and therefore we do not regret. Because of that, we open the opportunity to also consider the formal school.

I also compare a private Islamic school as a first choice Azkia. Jatinangor located in the area, though deket from home. Overall, the curriculum following testimony of parents that I get, the school was quite good, are Islamic, and also advanced the concept of learning. Unfortunately, the choice of studying only one hour that is fullday. And that points to become a handicap to us. My career is not outside the home because you’d like more children together, and if in the end the child during the school day, apalah I use that option. Same, we so rarely meet and interact.

Finished with a school, I also find information there about the SD of the country, the study is quite short hours. Indeed, the cost, school to school in the country is fun, free program SPP is already applicable in the place where we live. But again there is a wedge, SD condition of the country, was never much changed with what I already know this (noisy children in the classroom because teachers rarely enter, pe er every day, and still berkutat with difficulty calistung in class 1 and class 2). Concentration teachers split on so many children, so that KBM (Teaching Learning Activities) almost can not be effective.

Indeed difficult to choose, but we must choose. After re-consideration, fortunately – ruginya school, school goals, and apply a variety of concerns, if not a formal school, we finally decided to run again homeschooling.

Yah! Have been relieved with the decision unanimously. That is, we will continue to step forward. We want to have children and experience more diverse in their lives: There is limited bell as the limit of subjects, not limited to the test to learn things more challenging. Time they can be used for things more.

So far, we can make the homeschool flexible in learning anything. If the center of education and skills are always in big cities such as Bandung and we must depend on to make it to the children we have a certain skill, duh is not it now time again. Abundant source of knowledge on the internet and we can access them anywhere, can be studied with anybody, should not be in school.

Back to homeschool. Hope this decision is the best for us and the children.
